The Goodwill Clearance Center is a long-standing not-for-profit organization selling donated items by the pound to support its mission. It is an amazing place to find literally anything, from clothing and furniture to housewares and more. Customers report finding really good stuff like genuine leather jackets, a GoPro, an Apple Watch, and kitchen items at crazy low prices. The experience, however, is described as an adventure. You definitely have to dig to find stuff, as items are in large bins. The environment is noted as filthy, with bins sometimes containing sharp objects. The atmosphere can be intense, with aggressive regulars during new cart roll-outs, leading to comparisons of combat or a chaotic scramble. People can be rude, entitled, and don't care who they shove aside. For those who love a good dig and can navigate the hectic environment, it is the place for awesome finds. Bringing your own cart is recommended, as you must navigate around heaps of abandoned carts to search through the bins.
Great place to find deals! There are rules. Make sure you learn them.
