Very friendly staff and they also provide moving carts for your items and they have 4 floors of storage with access to a freight elevator its clean and affordable as well as having a security system to enter the building when no one it there all in all 5 stars

I cant really say how they are I've been trying to reserve a unit for a week. Yheres no way to do it online & the phone line is always busy.

Nice place! Made the moving process easy. The Manager there is incredibly Professional, Kind, Understanding! Been with them for over a year and I do recommend High Falls when you need a place to store your precious belongings!!!! Plus their prices are FAIR then anywhere else I found!
