He continually during the day wanted to make sure I was happy with how things were going.Lawrence, Melvin and Raymond worked well together and were all courteous, kind, polite and making sure they took good care of things . It truly was like clockwork with them all working together to get the job done.In the end, they also helped me to decide where to put several things as I hadn’t had the time to think ahead with this being a very quick decision that we had to move closer to Rochester.Another person I would like to mention was Rick Stoddard . “I rented a space before public storage took over and I’m impressed with how clean everything now is. In my building there was always an odor and the past few weeks I haven’t had that issue anymore. Im pleasantly surprised with the switch. And the tall girl that works in the office is always nice and I see her cleaning with that cart almost everytime I stop to go to my unit. It makes me feel they do care about what I’m storing and want to keep it safe as much as I want it safe.”

“What can I say? I have been with this Facility for 4 Years now & I have never had an issue. The Customer Service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, The Grounds are kept up all year around even during some torturous Winter’s with the Snow & Ice, The Facility is VERY SECURE with many Eyes On It, Camera’s, Gate, Fencing, Etc. . Some people in the comments complain about Rodents & Roaches but in the 4 Years I have been there I have not seen 1 in my Unit but then again I keep my 2 Unit’s VERY CLEAN & VERY ORGANIZED & so I can’t speak on other’s Unit’s but if I have 2 Unit’s & have never had an issue I feel it my be a Customer Maintenance Issue & Not The Facilities.”

“Best place for climate controlled long term storage in Upstate NY. Travelled a couple of hours to use the storage facility which is clean and well maintained. Brought the motorhome in October and pulled it out in April in the same exact condition. Everything started up perfectly. Bringing it back this year. Thank you”

The reviews are high for a reason - these people go out of their way to make storing your items here simple and easy. I live 7 hours away, have never met the staff in person, but was always able to reach Bill for any questions around billing, accessing the unit, and other inquiries. He responds almost immediately and the story never changes over time. Will continue to use them in the future for any other storage needs.”

Rob, our estimator worked with me remotely on Facetime to get an accurate idea of what was being moved, Joanne, our coordinator called and/or emailed several times prior to and during the move to check in on our progress, and our driver Russ, was outstanding, arriving on time and reviewing what was to be done each day with us. The crew worked hard and were able to load up early, which I really appreciated. The delivery crew worked steadily and did a great job too, under Russ's supervision. We had no breakage, which is astounding. Stellar job all around.”

“I had a unit here for about a year and a half. Very friendly staff and automatic electronic payments so I don't have to fuss around with writing and mailing a check. They also have the best rate around Rochester for a 10x20 unit. I inquired into about 20 different units around Monroe County and Empire Storage had probably the best rate with the nicest and newest facilities. The only minor thing about the units is some of them are in a building that has a dirt road instead of asphalt in front of them, which gets VERY muddy in the spring time. But otherwise, very highly recommended!”
