“A fun game shop with a surprising amount of room in the back to play magic or whatever game you want to. The staff are friendly and welcoming, knowledgeable on their location and inventory.”
“Unfortunately all the hobby stores around me (Maryland) have small selection of WW2 kits, but Dan’s has an unbelievably large selection of Tamiya, Italeri, and Airfix 1/35 (plus other sizes) kits. They also have a large selection of Tamiya paints, Vallejo air paints, and panel washes/weathering effects for very reasonable prices. I felt like a kid on Christmas walking into the store this weekend! If I didn’t live 6 hours away I would be a weekly customer.”

“This shop is great. I asked for a super specific book, was told to wait a sec, and voila: there it was. Bought an omnibus for way off cover price even though it was for a series that became a tv show. Back issues everywhere. Definitely worth a visit or two.”
“Tons of items, all kinds of things. Helpful floor associates and cashiers. Downside is the 50%off Christmas items were scattered all over the store. Overall it's a great place. It would be nice if they had mobility scooters to shop with.”

“I shopped at Michael’s at Greece Ridge and was helped by a worker named Jocelyn in the frame department. I had 3 pieces of art I needed frames for. She was amazing walking me directly to different options, helped with selection in colors and took the stress out of a stressful purchase for me. She was super friendly and fast and efficient. I appreciated the time and service it really was above and beyond. A very nice young lady with superior customer service!!! Lastly, I asked her if she knew where some other items I needed were and she rattled off the aisle numbers from her head-Wow!!!”
