“Yesterday, I had to run to the grocery store to pick up a pulse oximeter because a few memebrs of my family tested positive for COVID earlier this week. I did an online order but the grocery store app was denying my HSA card as a form of payment, so I wondered if the oximeter wasn't eligible (even though I could have sworn it was). To check, I opened my BRI mobile app and went to the OTC search section which is linked to the FSA Store. It pulled the website right up and let me know that oximeters are definitely eligible! For some reason I still couldn't pay with my card, but I think that's on the merchant side of things and not about the item itself or my card. All in all, I am grateful for the fast, easy app that lets me search eligible items in under a minute and give timely care to my family. Thank you, BRI!!”
