Forced to use this company but the service is truly not good

Claims have been pending for over a year after uploading multiple receipts multiple times. The FSA card was suspended for no reason and had to submit receipts in order to re-activate it. I don't want to think that this company is trying its best to deny FSA reimbursements, but it certainly seems so.

Absolutely horrific customer service, horrible company. Have been waiting over a month to get my benefit card and apparently unable to submit retroactive claims for reimbursement. What a waste of my time and money.
