“Ty was very helpful in getting our sim cards set up on a Saturday; he was partially alone and compassionately accomodated an older woman who interrupted our service a few times in need of help. Evana, who handled the rest of our set up the next day, went ABOVE AND BEYOND. So friendly, so easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable! Google Fi was a nightmare because they lack people like Ty and Evana, who show up everyday and do their best. Thank you two, from three ROC->ALB transplants who were reminded Rochester has some great people in it.”

“Had such an amazing experience with Tatiana. She was so incredibly helpful and patient and explained everything in a very understandable and thorough way. We had to to unexpectedly add a line and Tatiana helped. Bring some peace and solutions to an incredibly stressful day. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had with T-Mobile. She spent more time than she had to trying to help us find a solution that solve our problem and save us money. She double and triple checked everything for us and still had us out in and out the door in under an hour. She took amazing care of us and still made sure that the other customers in the store were being given the attention that they deserve. Can’t say enough, good things about her.”

“We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.”
“Dee, at the Eastview Mall store, was excellent and very patient. He was a delight to work with. We spent close to 3 hours getting everything changed from my old phone to my new phone. The hardest part was getting the SIM card activated on my old phone.”

“Walk-In helps right away. Employee showed me a where to pay my bill. How to use the machine in and out in under 5 minutes. Wish it was a lot closer to home but easy process. Can you not put a kiosk in the Walmart in Chili? Just wondering.”
