Can have very good shopping here, but not every time. But I know that when I do have a good one, I save money. They are nice here and helping, just takes long time to get that help.

Carole in the ladies intimate apparel department in the Henrietta JCPenney‘sis an awesome employee. The whole department was extremely neat, clean, organized, and Carol was very helpful and knowledgeable at helping me find what I was looking for. She is a Superb employee!!

Did a portrait session with friends at the photo studio and had a blast! Reily was wonderful. He shared silly photo poses for us to use and worked with us on our ideas. We appreciated him so much and we will definitely be back! Thank you!
