I was in and out in under 5 minutes! The phlebotomist Meghan was AMAZING! I seriously did not even feel the needle. She was efficient, calm, and so good at what she does. I hope I always get her when I need blood drawn!

They sent in my samples without labeling them so I had to redo it. It's exhausting having to do everyone's job for them they should know better.

It's usually ok but I just found out you have to wait after signing in to drop off a specimen too. It was time sensitive and there were 8 people a head of me. I waited an HOUR to drop off my sample and was late for work. Bad form. I don't even need a phlebotomist.
