“I go there for my blood tests and the people in that office are really nice and friendly period they take care of you as soon as they can which is never very long. As far as the facility goes in the winter time they keep the parking lot and walkways cleared and I have no fear of falling on snow or ice. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.”

“I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Linh-An C. Tuong at the Hagen Drive office a few months ago. I had only a two minute wait time before I was shown in and given the allergy tests. Dr. Tuong then spent a good amount of time with me, explaining things and asking questions. Since she switched up my protocol to a new inhaler and nose spray, I have been feeling great. Dr. Tuong and the amazing staff that I encountered on that first visit made my visit very very pleasant and I left with a smile on my face. I have trouble walking long distances, and the front desk staff very kindly offered to find me a wheel chair and took me all the way to my car.”

When I go to get blood drawn, I could care less about cordial conversation and attention. I want to get in, draw blood and get back to my busy life. That is and always has been my experience here. The staff has always been pleasant and gotten me in and out in no time. I'm disgusted by some of your expectations. Great job U of R. Wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“I normally go the lab in Chili but they were randomly closed this morning so I unexpectedly had to come to the Gates location- because of my medical anxiety, I was nervous going to a different facility in a busy area last minute, but I will happily be coming here from now on! They were efficient and the wait time was almost nonexistent for a busy lab. The phlebotomist was friendly and welcoming and she performed the quickest, smoothest blood draw I’ve ever had, I didn’t even feel the needle and had no bruising or discomfort afterwards- she was absolutely incredible at her job. The only thing I regret is not getting her name so I could shout her out, lol. Highly recommend!!”

“This is the best lab to go to. The Perinton lab on Pittsford Victor Rd is normally ok but their front check in staff has been consistently rude. I had a lab to drop off and tried to just drop off my specimen and they were going to make me wait in the waiting room with about 10 people in front of me ...was ridiculous! This lab just looked me up logged the sample and I was out of there in 4 minutes. URMC labs can you please do checks on your staff and make sure they are trained properly!”

“Finding the place was painful; don't trust Google Maps. It's actually at 10 Hagen drive on the first floor next to the elevator, with no signage in the building to indicate any ACM Labs location. However, once I found it, check in was easy and the blood draw was quick and painless.”

“I just came from their office and the blood tech named Kody Cox is very good...he is very concerned when he takes your blood, he asked me if I was ok while he took my blood and even after he was done he asked me if I was ok. I appreciate him... I have never had anyone that has drawn my blood ask me if I was ok and that just amazed me. He needs to get a reward for being so kind and concerned we need more people like him in this world. Kody Cox great job today!!!”

“Despite requesting the lab req from my doctor's office a few weeks prior, and calling the morning of to confirm, the office kept me waiting 3 hours at the lab! the staff at the lab were understanding and accommodating for me, very friendly. even tried to call the doc office to expedite the fax! once the req came in, they swiftly took blood. very glad of all the places to be stuck waiting, it was there!”
