I am overjoyed with the phlebotomy, Ardy (sp?) who took my samples with minimal fuss, expert technique and a great personality. I will make it my goal to come to this lab for my bloodwork from now on.”

“The most friendly and welcoming staff! I was in and out in maybe 15-20 min. The wait time was shorter than I expected and I went to a UR lab and was told at least an hour. Megan was my nurse. She was so nice and calming. I would definitely recommend them.”

“My husband referred me to this facility to have my blood drawn as his experience was good. I went there at 9:15am and waited for around 10 minutes to be called. The process went smoothly as expected. My veins aren't easy to find, and I have been poked multiple times in the past the draw blood, but this time, 1 poke and I was done. I am glad ? There was a sign at the receptionist window. \"Do not knock.\" and it was shut. I think if people need someone to talk to, especially those who are visiting for the first time, they should have someone they can talk to. The parking is ample, and the facility is conveniently located near the Chili center.”

“I'm beyond grateful of the services I received. The owner was very helpful, she definitely saved me from being scammed by other people who claimed to do paternity testing for grandparents. Her price was the CHEAPEST and I only waited 4 business days and my results were back. I am just so thankful that I was able to receive the help that I had received and I will truly recommend for people to bring more business to her. “Don't be misled by the hours on the google maps page. Wednesdays and Saturdays are open by appointment. I was given less than 3 days by my new employer for a pre-employment drug screen. I called and left a voicemail and they got back to me within the hour to schedule a Saturday appointment. Despite the bad weather, they were there on time and the process was relatively painless. Definitely one of the quickest drug screening processes I've gone through.”

Every single other lab I've gone to has had to poke me multiple times in multiple places. I am terrified everytime because of all the bad experiences I've had with draws. “My wife had a phlebotomist ( can’t remember her name … Latino woman) come to the house for a blood draw. I was out on a quick trip to pick u a prescription. My wife has dementia and refused the blood draw even though I told her it was being done. The phlebotomist took the initiative to call me when my wife refused. “Don't go in for blood work if you're in a rush. All other businesses are short staffed. Just as this place is. I've been to this facility 4 times for blood work and it's been a slow but pleasant experience. Never had any issue with rude staff. They do the best they can with what they have to work with. It would be nice if the online presents reflected the change of hours that the facility is open. Still currently open at 8am Tuesdays and Thursdays for blood work. For anyone looking for that answer like i was.”

“Dr Sanchez is wonderful. She recommended a switch from a long time inhaler to a new and way better one. My child has not had one issue since using this new inhaler. This is the season for him to get a long standing cough that doesn't go away unless treated with antibiotics. To avoid the inhaler helped. Until it didn't.. The other one, Flovent was not cutting no longer....She switched him to symbicort. And Very thing has been just fine. I'm so grateful. Thank you Dr Sanchez”

“I've been going to this location since 2019 since it's the only one near my home. My experiences have varied depending on the day.At times, the employees have been rushed and stressed. The front end staff is sometimes rude. You may be waiting for two hours before they get to you. At times you are told to sit out in your car in the parking lot.They have signs up outside with a QR to scan to sign in online. They instruct you to wait in your car for their call. Online told me wait time of ten minutes. But I didn't get a call until thirty minutes had passed. Older people seem to have trouble with this system causing them more frustration. I don't feel like this system makes any sense.Sometimes I can get in and get out quickly, seems to just depend on who is working that day. I never know when I walk in what the experience will be.”

“I just came from their office and the blood tech named Kody Cox is very good...he is very concerned when he takes your blood, he asked me if I was ok while he took my blood and even after he was done he asked me if I was ok. I appreciate him... I have never had anyone that has drawn my blood ask me if I was ok and that just amazed me. He needs to get a reward for being so kind and concerned we need more people like him in this world. Kody Cox great job today!!!”

“I was a little nervous about this location due to the reviews, but needed to have a 3 hour glucose test done on my day off from work. From the receptionist to the lab techs, everyone was very pleasant. Multiple people came in from 8-10am and they were all seen extraordinarily fast compared to other labs I have used. Everyone was in and out within 10 minutes while I was here. And they were precise with always drawing my blood at the hour markers which I have heard some other lab locations are not good at.The only downside was the glucose drink was warm, but it is God awful either way, so it didn't make any difference to me lol. I will definitely be coming here again for any future lab work I need.”

“I go there for my blood tests and the people in that office are really nice and friendly period they take care of you as soon as they can which is never very long. As far as the facility goes in the winter time they keep the parking lot and walkways cleared and I have no fear of falling on snow or ice. I would recommend this to anyone in the area.”
