I stopped in today with out an appointment and was treated wonderfully. Ian went above and beyond to help me with a swollen lug nut that was not coming off. He went through many options and got it done in less than 30 minutes! Everyone that I interacted with was amazing and will be seeing me again as I will be a repeat customer!! Thank you everyone :-)

In a day where there isn't much customer service and care, I was blown away by the people who work there. Everyone I came into contact with was polite, nice and extremely helpful. I went in for an oil change and service and was treated extremely well. People are why I would return to a business and I will be back.

Just wanted to share feedback on how great the service department is. Cindy and team did a great job getting my questions answered and vehicle serviced. Would highly recommend the service department and give their staff a huge high 5! Cindy was so nice to work with!

The service on my 2015 Range Rover was amazing they did everything that was required and more. Even though I spent over $7000 in repairs for my car, I felt I was treated fairly by the service staff especially my technician Ian.

I was traveling through Rochester and my tire light went on. I immediately went to the dealer and they were outstanding. They found other problems and addressed them. Great experience.

Horrible Customer Service in the repair shop, my daughter who owns a jaguar made an appointment a few weeks ago to bring her car for a look at the maintenance light that was on her dash. She dropped the car off, the service guy only complained how the person who no longer is there made her appointment, they are short staffed, not sure if she can be serviced and may need to leave her car for a few days to possibly a week, before they can even look at it. Who has time to leave s car for a whole week before knowing what needs to be done.I understand we all have challenges, don't pass on negative from your shop to your customers. Also told her, they aren't going to use her warranty it's on her. Why would one buy a warranty then not use it?!We own a Land Rover, brought in before, the service guy who worked on it, is no longer there...maybe we just need to stay away from this dealership!My daughter nor I will go back.

My review from earlier today was missing as I checked...We brought a Xf in for some service with a pre made appointment. We were told there was no appointment and the guy who made it was fired, why would I care about that? All sorts if excuses until eric finally said he would take the car but wouldn't be able to look at for up to a week. (No loner car)ythen continued with saying our warranty may or may not be any good if he had to speak with them longer then 15 min he wouldn't accept the warranty. - again all this was gone over and agreed apon with the original appointment

I've been a customer since 2012 and have made 5 purchases over the years. While in the past I would sing their praises for sales and service, it has regrettably gone downhill the past few years to a point that is so unacceptable. All you seem to get is excuses about staffing while appointment times are meaningless and loaners are a thing of the past. Getting your car back clean doesn't even happen and communication is dishonest and not even timely.

I didnt buy my Range Rover here but I did have to bring my vehicle here for maintenance. Jim R in the service department was extremely helpful and took the time to explain everything to me! Because of him and his co workers in the service department, if I ever need work done on my vehicle, I will not hesitate to go back! If Im ever in the market to trade my vehicle for a newer land rover, I will be visiting this dealership.

My service-rep, Dino, asked me to write a review so here it is... I have been a patient and kind customer but that gets you nowhere with Piehler. First the backstory, In May of 22 I took my car in for a "low coolant" warning light. I had them look at a few other things as well. They determined I had a reservoir leak and needed a new water pump. I picked up my car 2 weeks later, shelled out $1000 bucks...Ok fine, cost of ownership/maintenance on a luxury car. So imagine my surprise when less than a year later, in April of 23, I got the same "low coolant" warning. I again take it in...this time it's a faulty thermostat and I need my system "bled" and "flushed". More $$$$ and another 6 days later...but ok. To my chagrin....3 weeks later, May of 22, same issue and now the coolant is leaking all over my pristine garage floor. So more $$$ for a thermostat housing assembly...Sounds familiar right? I thought so too. I paid and took my car home again (after being without a car for 10 days). Here we are in July, and they have my car again...why you ask?? "low coolant".... It leaks out as fast as you can pour it in at this point. Allegedly it's a hose and it's going to cost me.. Here are some things you should consider before buying, leasing or servicing a vehicle at Piehler : 1. There is no service manager (strawman or an apparition at best), sure they'll throw out a name but he is never available and he'll never call you back 2. There is no loaner, sure this is a luxury brand but the dealership is NOT 3. Appointments scheduled 3 weeks out, sure they will offer to squeeze you in if you can "leave" it there but that's a roll of the dice 4. Customer service is non-existent, there are times when I have walked in and it's taken quite a while to get acknowledged, even by a salesperson 5. No perks- don't expect to get offered a shuttle, a cup of water/coffee or any type of service-related discounts (even when they do something wrong). I'm not brand-bashing and I do understand the elevated costs to owning luxury. I do not mind the cost when it makes sense. For $5k and 4 trips, I should have a totally rebuilt coolant system by now. I'm done with Land Rover FOREVER! I plan to go back to Mercedes-Benz as soon as possible.

I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Range Rover dealer of the Rochester ny area, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment and warn others about their deceptive practices. Despite explicitly stating my intention to purchase a vehicle with cash, the dealer relentlessly pushed me to finance. Here are the reasons why I would strongly discourage anyone from dealing with this Range Rover dealer:1. Ignoring My Payment Preferences: From the moment I stepped into the dealer, I made it clear that I intended to buy the Range Rover outright with cash. However, instead of respecting my preference, the salesperson continuously tried to persuade me to finance the purchase. This blatant disregard for my payment choice was not only disrespectful but also showed a lack of consideration for my financial situation.2. High-Pressure Tactics: The salesperson resorted to high-pressure tactics to convince me to finance the vehicle. They made exaggerated claims about the benefits of financing and the alleged affordability of monthly payments. It was clear that their primary objective was to secure a financing deal, even if it went against my explicit request to pay in cash. This pushiness created an uncomfortable and untrustworthy atmosphere.3. Disregard for Transparency: The dealer displayed a disturbing lack of transparency regarding the financing process. They failed to provide clear and detailed information about interest rates, terms, and potential hidden fees associated with financing. When I asked for specific details, they were evasive and seemed more interested in closing a financing deal rather than providing me with the information I needed to make an informed decision.4. Disrespectful Treatment: Throughout my interactions with the dealer, I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. The salesperson seemed more focused on maximizing their own profits rather than catering to my needs and preferences. Their insistence on financing undermined my ability to exercise my purchasing power as a cash buyer and left me feeling like my business was not valued.5. Lack of Customer-Centric Approach: This Range Rover dealer clearly prioritized their own interests over those of their customers. Instead of tailoring their approach to meet my needs and preferences, they tried to steer me towards a financing option that benefited them more financially. This lack of customer-centricity is a significant flaw in their business practices and speaks volumes about their ethics and integrity.Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential buyers to avoid this Range Rover dealer. Their deceptive practices, high-pressure tactics, lack of transparency, and disrespect towards customers who prefer to pay in cash are major red flags. Seek out a dealer that values your preferences, treats you with respect, and prioritizes your satisfaction over their own financial gain.

I learn more about my Evoque when I come to this dealership! Mr. John is so knowledgeable about his product. Yes, you have to wait sometimes and none of us want to but want our work done asap, however since COVID-19, things have been rough and finding folks to fill positions has been hard; I live 2hrs and 20 mins away from this dealership, so it is not easy for me to get there, but they are always accessing tge problem and getting the emergency situations done. These folks try very hard to take care of us all.
