I had repaired my car in this garage recently, particularly the wheel bearing. I hadn't been in this garage before, so I didn't know what to expect. John, who was a service advisor is a very nice and friendly man. He gave me a decent price, I'm very satisfied with how my car was fixed. Definitely will come here again!

My husband, myself, and our 3 dogs were traveling from Ohio to Maine and we hit something on the freeway and got a flat tire 3 hours into our trip. We changed the tire and called a local tire shop that happens to be Lewis General Tires. Not only did they get a new tire for our rental (didn’t have it in their shop so had to go get one), but they changed our tire and got us in and out of there in maybe 30 minutes. You can imagine how stressful this was being in a different state with 3 dogs but they made this process so seamless and they were SO kind. Thank you so much to this whole staff. We really appreciate everyone that works here. 10/10 highly recommend this place.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with a gentleman by the name of john!!
My son had a blowout and we were helpless as he's 400 miles away at college!
John made this ordeal into a smooth and pleasant transaction .
I dealt with him over the phone and he took care of everything for us!!
I would definitely recommend lewis general tires 100%.
They definitely care about you and treat you like family.

I’ve always had issues with mechanics trying to overcharge me. But not this place!! They found every issue and were happy to do so. Even when the warranty company took twenty years to answer phones. They were accommodating and explained everything thoroughly to me so I understood what was happening. They all had smiles on their faces, and were polite. Got my car in quickly as well. Louie and JW are awesome folks!! Comfy area to sit and wait as well. Will def come back here. Their prices are unbeatable!!

My sons car was towed into the shop, after hours. This was an emergency repair. Front wheel almost came off on the highway. he was 4.5 hours from home. Lewis general Tires was able to look at it, and start repairs first thing the next morning. My son was back on the road and heading home by noon the next day. Want to say thanks for your professionalism, helpfulness, and friendliness in this stressful situation.
