I shop here whenever possible to avoid big box corporations like Home Depot and Lowe’s. All the products are smartly selected and the staff are wonderful.

Great neighborhood hardware store for ask your household questions and paint. The kids are always helpful and the staff answer ask you questions and figure things out.

There’s a sign on the door that tells patrons they are allowed to bring concealed firearms into the store! Why on earth do people need weapons at a hardware store?! This makes me feel the opposite of safe, knowing that any old nutso is packing a loaded weapon. NO THANK YOU.
Established in 1972, Mayer Paint & Hardware is a locally owned independent paint and hardware store. A true mom & pop operation, Tom and Barb Green grew the business into a landmark in their native Rochester, NY. The store is now run by Tom Jr. and his wife Sara and is well known for it's excellent service, the C.R.E.W. (Courteous, Responsible, Enthusiastic, Workers).
