This store specialises in hard-to-find hardware and plumbing parts, boasting a massive inventory where it is honestly easier to list what they don't have. The entire shop is immaculate, highly organised and clearly priced, with wonderful staff whom are always ready to guide you. They carry a broad range of items including tools, fasteners (screws, nails, bolts), plumbing supplies, gardening equipment, paint, and rodent deterrents. It would have been helpful to know that you considered the wooden planks that cross the framing a "box spring" when u sent the original note explaining mattresses are not accepted. You should revisit how bunkbeds are sold because that is part of the furniture purchase. Not a purchase i had to make separate for a "box spring" as your techs tried to explain it.
