Just stopped in to pick something up (I am not a regular customer) and it was a positive experience. Associate, Francine, was friendly, professional, helpful. She definitely represents this store wonderfully!

I was picking up a custom frame, they did a good job but the back side of my.picture was torn, they put tape over it.. lol
