Worst company out there. Showed up to a location to get a simple inspection but no one decided to come into work I drove 30min to get there. I called this number to figure out what was going on and all they said was no ones answering so I asked do I drive 30mins home or wait and the lady was very rude saying do what I like because it’s not her choice. Very unprofessional horrible way to run a business. Get a grip

We loved the courtesy and service.in 2019. Even a new manager a couple years later carried it well. But then we got abusive rude managers and spotty service. The last guy was so crude that I will never return. I note that as I drive by, there are rarely cars in thebays or out front. Nice play Monro! How long can you abuse tour customers? It makes me think that your frustrating and ultimately useless communications systems typify the crappy attitude all the way to the top.

This company is a complete scam. I am not just saying this from an angry prospective but in all seriousness, they are SCAMMING people. I did have a dissatisfying experience at Ken Towery which I paid $1200 for an issue that’s still on going. This company runs the payment processing. They have given me the run around for entire week. They will hang up on you and continue to tell you they are having the manager look into your issue number. They tell you the same thing everyday or will flat out leave you on hold until you hang up. Wherever you take your car, please do your research and make sure they do not do business with this company or you will be out of money.

I've been doing business with Monro in Buffalo, NY for over 10yrs. due to the professionalism of the Manager Mark, well Mark was off on the day I went there,12/11/24 @ 8:30 am, two guys who was posing as employees name Jose and Alex greeted me with the RUDEST and TOXIC manners regarding the service needed for my car, I called before going there, explained the problem with my car over the phone, I talked to Alex who told me to bring my car in and that I would be the 2nd customer to be waited on, when I got there, Alex told Jose to pull the car in to check the problem, Jose REFUSED to do so by telling Alex that I needed to leave the car for the whole day, well nothing about their manners led me to trust them, I had to leave without my car being checked, Jose was proud that he got rid of a customer, Monro, if you placed Jose and Alex at the Buffalo, NY, Main st. location to SABOTOGE YOUR BUSINESS, then you picked the right guys.

This is the worst shop we have ever dealt with
Lie to another auto shop and tell us tie rods are frozen and it needs them but they did the alignment
Who does an alignment on a car that needs front end parts and then tell us they have to align it again
They lied said they heated up our tie rods and they absolutely did not
We put a wrench on them and they turn no problem
This place is an absolute disgrace

I had the WORST!!!!!! experience. My car was brought in for a pine wheel / inner outer tie rods and ABS was changed because the manager said they can do the job. We brought the vehicle in with everything working and the car had breaks. I did not receive a call back until 5:15pm and was told they was going to pick my husband up and the car is ready. when he got there the car had no breaks. The manager told him I wanted to tell you face to face. So there wont be no paper trail nor voice recordings. We had to pay for the cost of the work in order to get our keys. We paid this company for that job $1700.00 in repair and cost that had nothing to do with the HCU! My husband was advised that he had to move the car off the property or he would be charged a storage fee so my husband paid to get the keys. We asked the manager if he knew any tow trucks and said no he did not. all in all we spent over $2100.00 in total for damages they caused. The next day we brought it to ford to get a deeper diagnostic test. and found out the HCU was stripped and ripped off the car. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. The manager is a liar and sir you risk many lives with doing this god have mercy on you!!!! I called the corporate office and was told I will get a response with in 1-2 business days.

brakes locked up ,Mr. tire put in all new parts, extra charges, didn't give old parts back that I asked for they were still under warranty 3 months old! brakes still locking up,unsafe smoking, smell, back 4 times sent to another monro garage they broke 2 posts on wheels and left caliper clips off, brakes still locking up.Help

Horrible place to work I fell into the drain that safety clean took the grate off didn't tell any one that the grate was off no safety cones where used a district manager and manager was there and knew what happened never did a accident report or sent me to the hospital so I stayed and worked thinking I was ok but my ankles now give out on me and I have some back issues from this and I had a concussion and now I'm suffering from headaches and vertigo I tried filling workman's comp and got denied it and no help from management to file comp I also fell a couple other times in the garage reported it to management and never did anything about it.so I got mad and quit this is the worst company I ever worked for it's full of thieves and liars all threw the company I got a little bit of short term disability then they screwed me out of that to . I hope and pray to God you guys can sleep at night for how crooked and unethical your company is the more corrupt and dishonest you are the more your company loves them and I also like how you guys used to steal are commissions and overtime that we worked .maybe you guys out to get into politics for as corrupt you guys are . I'm writing this show others can read and see this and hopefully find a real job that cares about there employees and doesn't take advantage of you.maybe if your company would treat their employees with respect and give some pay raises and quit favoring employees who are not good employees and corrupt they could hire some good people but your company has a very bad name and reputation because of how your company is runned bye upper management you guys are hurting your own business with the way these stores are runned but all you guys care about is to beat lower employees into the ground and mistreat there customers and slowly destroying this business

I made an appointment online for Oil Change and inspection for 5:30pm. Got the confirmation and was happy that this place could accommodate me after work , as most places close before I am out of work. I arrived for my appointment, had to wait several minutes before someone even acknowledged I was there, then was told my appointment got canceled due to the inspector always leaves at 4. No one called me as the guy said someone should have. He also said , no one should make an appointment online as they always get messed up. Why do you have the option to make appointments online if it’s not working correctly , especially because you get an email with a confirmation. It’s unacceptable and now can’t get in untill 3 days after my inspection is up. It’s so frustrating that a place of business has no regard for peoples time . Fix your system!

I would give Monro a zero if I could - the biggest scam on the planet. I wouldn't be writing this review, but after dealing with unknowledgeable locations who have put my family in danger and then talking to customer service whose job is just to give you the run around. All I can do is warn everyone to stay far far away from this company. Do not bring your cars to any Monro station.

I brought my wife's car into the West Henrietta location over a year ago for a simple oil change and inspection. The oil change was quick but they claimed I needed a wiper blade to pass inspection. They ordered the part and I was told I could pick it up the next day.
I came back to the staff telling me the check engine light came on and they believed it was the spark plugs, I happily paid $300 or so for this and they performed the work. On the way home, the check engine light came back on.
Over the following 12 months, they would call me and say it was a different issue, claim they would fix it for a certain price, and when i would arrive to pick up the vehicle, it would have additional issues. On one occasion, they claimed the car was all set, and after getting only about 100 yards down the road, I realized they had left my coolant tank empty. They towed it back and then connected me with the regional manager.
The regional manager claimed that he would have the vehicle's engine head repaired for $1000 dollars within 2 weeks. He then ghosted me and would not communicate with the shop. My wife's car has been at this location for over 12 months at this point. Monroe finally sent it to claims, and then lied about the work performed. Unfortunately, I will have to pursue legal action against this company to see resolve.
Do not under any circumstances use Monroe. They are about as unprofessional as they come.
