Very flexible allowing different options for day's and times of availability for your move. The cost per hour for your move is also very reasonable. This move we went from an apartment to a house so it was a full move. As much stuff as we had to move they were very accommodating and took very good care with things.

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Rochester moving and storage has provided me with the easiest moving experience i have had in a very long time. They were willing to move me when it was below freezing, in the snow. The owner, Dave, was very understanding when I asked a million questions. And I cannot praise Dave's team enough; these guys are solid.
I was fully prepared to help them, but they had a crew of 6 (very friendly, professional, and sweet) young men come out. I ended up just standing there in awe while they carried things I struggled to even shuffle across the floor. I don't know what these dudes are eating, but it definitely builds muscle and stamina. They didn't even seem to get winded going up and down stairs.
When I was finished being impressed with their physical feats, I was impressed with their skill. Nothing broken, scuffed, or shattered like in previous moves. None of the walls got scratched or damaged. They moved around narrow hallways, low ceilings, and tricky turns like magic. They even worked well with my somewhat questionable packing skills.
If I ever need help moving something, I'm definitely calling them again. The pricing may seem high, but it ends up being fast (they moved an entire 4 family home in about 4 hours) and ultimately cheaper than other places I've worked with. I would go with them again in a heartbeat.”

Caring Transitions handled cleaning out her home and selling items to help us recoup a great deal of the cost. I interviewed five companies to help with the transition and I am 100% certain that we choose the very best company to work with and they thought of things that needed to be done that had not even occurred to us. Truly grateful for all the help we received from Neil and Karen and their team and I am so glad we found them as they made this big life change for our mother as smooth as possible.
