Friendly staff @ the counter and window, and typically fast service in either option. I bank here for work and it's always a pleasant experience. They also have 2 notaries onsite!

I opened my account at Penfield Rd branch and thought the people there were nice. I recently went to the east ave location. The two bank tellers were absolutely rude and very unwilling to help me. Even the manager was the same. I was so unhappy with the experience I will never ever recommend them to anyone for business.
