Teller line provided excellent customer service. The employee thar helps with acct opening and other non teller transactions was not welcoming and lacked customer service. I think her last name was Fedele.

Moving on to another bank. Tried to work with them at this location getting a Mortgage. No dice. The employee who deals with Houses is only there Tuesdays/Thursdays and wouldn't return my calls/emails. I work 15hr days Mon-Thurs, did not want to work with me around my schedule or set something up. Not a problem.
