“These guys are solid, and so is the business. I have interacted with this location more than once, and each time I was satisfied with the exchange. Pawn shops occasionally get a negative reputation. There are various reasons for this. Usually, among the top reasons for this, are distrust and price and outrageous loan fees. When I decide to pawn, I look for a number of things. First of all, quality. Second, and probably should be first, solid customer service. Pricing and ultimately, the process of re-obtaining your merchandise, means the most to me.These guys do solid business. Period.They have a wide selection of numerous things that anyone might be interested in. What is better is that they are willing to customize any single item to the preference of all customers. I feel like they have an unfortunate location. This kind of business would look at home and Henrietta and Victor. This particular location is downtown and without much parking.Ultimately, but I enjoy most about this place, even beyond the nice selection, and readily available customization, it’s the fact that I know my pawns are safe here. They are fair. They gave me a reasonable amount of time to re-obtain my item. Honestly, I totally forgot about it for a short period.Any other pawnshop in this city would have just taken my item and not thought twice about it. These guys reached out to me. They contacted me and let me know that I was behind on payment, and that they would like to give me an opportunity to re-obtain my things. it impressed me. That is how business should be done.”
