“The Gem Lab has been there for us through it all! Back in March, my now husband, proposed to me with this beautiful ring from them. We had to go back and get it resized, and they made that whole process a breeze and worked with us so we got it done right and it was quick. A few months later, in July, we knew that we wanted to go through them as well for our wedding bands. When we were there looking, there was tons of help and they were open to hearing about what we wanted and preferred, while also keeping it budget friendly. They had also taken my engagement ring to the back, and cleaned it up for me without me even asking. Now that is amazing customer service! We are IN LOVE with our rings and definitely plan on going back through The Gem Lab at anytime when we want more jewelry. They’re precise, quick, and do everything for the love of their customers. “They are truly a family owned-run business. My family has been going to Jerry, Frank, and Leon for over 20 years. Jerry was able to get my hsband's grandfather's pocket watch moving again after years of sitting. Jerry said "it was fun to work on such a piece". It was a joy to bring it back to my husband working and polished. They built and have since repaired my wedding set several times over the last 20 years ("normal wear and tear things like prongs, and fixing the band). I trust them completely. Their prices are fair, the customer service excellent, and the craftmanship stellar. I will be taking my Citizen Eco-Drive to Frank soon for repairs (it needs a new cell after 20 years, and the glass needs replacing it's very scratched up). It may be a smaller store but, the selection, service, and personal touch make anything you may want to purchase a much more pleasant experience than any where else; especially any mall store. I have recommended Jerry and Frank several times to friends and will continue to do so.”
“First time at Kim Dao, and the owner and his family were so friendly and helpful! We had a wedding band that had a giant crack in it, causing the ring to become misshapen. The owner fixed, resized, and polished it all within 10 minutes. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and I was thankful that we didn't need to leave the ring anywhere overnight. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have jewelry polished or repaired!”

They did it in under 10 minutes while I waited, and since I had brought a battery, they did not charge me anything. I did give them a minor tip and was VERY grateful for their kindness and expertise. I am saddened that I did not get the young lady's who waited on me or the lady who was their watch expert. 100% great start to my day.”

I brought my 54 year old (yes, 54 yrs old!) diamond engagement ring in for a professional cleaning (never had one done), and a rhodium dip. They repaired the six prongs and cleaned and dipped my diamond -- it looks brand spanking new!!! I am over moon happy with the results. The cost was very reasonable, as well.
