It was a great experience. I love the reminders and follow up via text before our appointment. The staff was very courteous and caring for my pup and he was very relaxed. That was our biggest fear because he usually only likes family. Great job folks!

I was super nervous and so were the kitties, but everyone put us at east at the Hylan Drive location. It was my birtday, and the vet and her assistant both wished me a happy one! So kind of them & they answered all my questions completely! I highly recommend! :)
