This place is absolutely criminal. They don't have loaner vehicles, every time you call to get your car serviced they claim they are booking 3-4 weeks out, and on the rare chance you can convince them to service your car it's impossible for them to give you a timeline so you can plan accordingly.I leased a 2021 Defender from them and only have 35k miles. I've had way too many issues with the car and getting it serviced is like pulling teeth.A minor issue will likely leave you without a car for 3-5 days (because they don't have loaners).I'll never lease or buy a Land Rover again unless I'm in an City with a reputable JLR dealer.If you live in Rochester, NY, I'd highly advise against leasing or buying a JLR, unless you have an extra car and are ok with taking the risk associated with leasing/buying a car from this dealership.

My service-rep, Dino, asked me to write a review so here it is... I have been a patient and kind customer but that gets you nowhere with Piehler. First the backstory, In May of 22 I took my car in for a "low coolant" warning light. I had them look at a few other things as well. They determined I had a reservoir leak and needed a new water pump. I picked up my car 2 weeks later, shelled out $1000 bucks...Ok fine, cost of ownership/maintenance on a luxury car. So imagine my surprise when less than a year later, in April of 23, I got the same "low coolant" warning. I again take it in...this time it's a faulty thermostat and I need my system "bled" and "flushed". More $$$$ and another 6 days later...but ok. To my chagrin....3 weeks later, May of 22, same issue and now the coolant is leaking all over my pristine garage floor. So more $$$ for a thermostat housing assembly...Sounds familiar right? I thought so too. I paid and took my car home again (after being without a car for 10 days). Here we are in July, and they have my car again...why you ask?? "low coolant".... It leaks out as fast as you can pour it in at this point. Allegedly it's a hose and it's going to cost me.. Here are some things you should consider before buying, leasing or servicing a vehicle at Piehler : 1. There is no service manager (strawman or an apparition at best), sure they'll throw out a name but he is never available and he'll never call you back 2. There is no loaner, sure this is a luxury brand but the dealership is NOT 3. Appointments scheduled 3 weeks out, sure they will offer to squeeze you in if you can "leave" it there but that's a roll of the dice 4. Customer service is non-existent, there are times when I have walked in and it's taken quite a while to get acknowledged, even by a salesperson 5. No perks- don't expect to get offered a shuttle, a cup of water/coffee or any type of service-related discounts (even when they do something wrong). I'm not brand-bashing and I do understand the elevated costs to owning luxury. I do not mind the cost when it makes sense. For $5k and 4 trips, I should have a totally rebuilt coolant system by now. I'm done with Land Rover FOREVER! I plan to go back to Mercedes-Benz as soon as possible.

They did a great job on my vehicle, they even clean the car and washed it, also the service advisor was able to put together efficient service packages. Also when I service my vehicle on my own I want to give a Shut out to Marcelo awesome guy in Parts department for always helping me out!

I rolled in with a check engine light due to a loose hose during a road trip from out of town and not only did the gentleman who helped me immediately step away from his desk and full garage to assist me, he had it fixed in 10 minutes and also refused a tip stating we are all just trying to help each other out these days. What ab amazing and helpful person. Kudos to Land Rover for employing this fella.

A small dealership with no perks. No loaner vehicles if you didn't buy here. I recently relocated from CA. Such an inconvenience. They do offer a shuttle but the shuttle forgot about me... they eventually came after I called.

First time needing to bring my XF in for a system update, and Bryce and his team made things very easy! Great communication on how the process was going, and offered solutions when thing's weren't going exactly to planned. Very happy to have purchased a new vehicle from John Morris and then have the service team back up the great experience for years to come!

Great place to get Jaguar and Land Rover parts, Upstate Imports Auto Repair in Baldwinsville and Syracuse use them all the time to purchase parts, both business are awesome to deal with.

Service department superior i have stopped in a few tinmesfor minor issues and every time both Ian and Paul took the time to quickly resolve the issues while i waited and even took the time to explain features and answer any questions in detail. .These gentlemen know their vehicles and definitely know how to treat customers .I have owned other luxury suvs and cant say the same about those other dealerships. Saw and heard negativity but so glad i formed my own opinion about Piehler. I drove 14 different brands but came back to jaguar and Gavin heloed me build my own-many thanks to these men !

I have purchased many vehicles over the years from Piehler Jaguar Landrover in Rochester NY and one thing is certain each time is that I always use John Morris. John is simply outstanding. John is professional, friendly, responsive and very efficient. John is extremely knowledgeable about his products, what I wanted and answered all of my questions with facts and understanding. Everything was completed in a very short period of time with no issues, questions or uncommunicated commitments. I would very highly recommend John Morris for any and all of your vehicle needs at Piehler Jaguar Landrover.

I bought a used Corvette from Piehler Land Rover. Their detail team made it look like a brand new car along with a GTechniq coating. I could not be happier.
