About Providence Housing Development Corporation
Providence Housing’s mission is to strengthen families and communities by creating and providing access to quality affordable housing enriched by the availability of supportive services. Providence Housing (PHDC) develops, finances, and manages affordable housing for seniors, individuals/families, and individuals with special needs. Providence Housing is a not-for-profit corporation affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Rochester, New York. PHDC professionally manages 1039 units within 30 communities, for more than 1800 residents, and in addition, provides supportive housing for families and individuals, including Veterans. Currently, we provide program support for 225 of our residents.

The most comfortable , solid , safe place I have I have felt in year's also the most stable I've been in year's ! The staff REALLY go above and beyond for us .
