The business provides incredible customer service, going above and beyond to make things right for their customers. The staff is friendly, empathetic, and helpful with paperwork and billing. It is a safe and perfect experience, providing the community with an excellent amenity.

    Perfect experience. Clean, safe, friendly, and very close to RIT. It couldn't have been easier to pack up the whole one-bedroom apartment and drive right up to the storage unit, one car load at a time. Sandy was super helpful with all the paperwork and billing. We'll definitely be back next summer. Thank you!
