Gorgeous event venue, and if youre not RIT, then that’s the only way you’ll get in. Beautiful grounds too, easy 1 hour loop around water, paved. Some basic wildlife sightings. Gun range is next store, so if you wander from the even venue, you may hear it.

Attended a luncheon at this property. The building is just magnificent! Wood beams and huge glass windows allow a stunning view of the property, including a pond. RIT catering provided the food for the Italian buffet, including a fresh Caesar salad, pastas, sausage
And meatballs. Acoustics were great.
