The staff was just amazing! Joelle the Event planner was just wonderful to work with, very patient and understanding of everything I had asked for and made it happen. Megan who worked the event in Joelle absent took over where Joelle left off and was great to work with and very patient and accommodating. Raphael the bartender was outstanding, attentive to everyone and remember everyone drink. This crew is why the Jackrabbit Club/Goodluck is so successful.
The owners Mike & Chuck are always so welcoming to thier guests and always make you feel welcomed at of any and all of there restaurants from Good Luck, Luckys, Jackrabbit Club, Cure, Java's and wildflower...
They are Rochester best of the best.

“Taylor and the Wintergarden team gave us a phenomenal wedding experience. From the initial tour to planning to the tasting to our wedding day, everything was top notch. On our wedding day, Maddie and Caelyn helped with all of our requests. All of the details were spot on and there were many instances of the team going above and beyond (including giving us timeline suggestions, coordinating with our vendors, setting out our placecards, a plate of appetizers for the sweetheart table, and many more). Our guests raved about the food, drinks, desserts, and coffee bar. We live out of the area so we looked for a venue that would give us a hands-off experience and the Wintergarden was that and so much more! We recommend anyone within 100 miles of Rochester to check out this stunning venue with an even better team.”

“Went for a wedding reception. The bartenders were very receptive and the drinks were great. Beautiful place for a party. The only complaint is the parking situation. Not much on the street and the parking area in the back is nothing more than a mown field of grass.”
“I attended a private catered event at this lodge. It is a beautiful building inside and out. There is a very large outdoor covered patio, which is beautiful and it's a beautiful park setting outdoors. This is an outstanding lodde to rent and host a party or wedding in. Highly Recommended!”

“We hosted our annual Christmas party at The Penthouse and could not have been more thrilled. From the initial meeting, through the planning process, and to the day of the event... I could not have imagined a better outcome. The food was great, the bartenders were attentive, our audio/visual requests were met, and then venue itself has to be the best in downtown. The views alone can't be beat. Heidi, John, and the rest truly created an amazing experience.”
“Why would anyone want to skip the special lunch that they do every two Wednesday? It’s an unbelievable deal. Where else can you get so much food for $25. Real homemade food. It’s insane. It’s $65 worth of food at a regular restaurant I’ll day long. Coffee, wine, homemade pasta, appetizer, meat, vegetables, bread, potatoes, salad. Great laughs and great company.”

“Great venue for events. Only complaint is that parking is a hike and I'm disabled. Have to go across a gangway across the street, down a hallway, down escalator, across a large lobby, up another escalator, across another lobby - to get to the event. No other way in.
Otherwise it's a nice venue.”

“We looked at a LOT of venues, but we absolutely fell in love with the Harro East Ballroom. It was also the most affordable of the places we got quotes from, and we’re so so glad we chose it. It was the best decision we made!The Harro East Ballroom is a gorgeous building and it photographed beautifully. There was plenty of space for our 130-person guest count, but they can definitely handle a lot more. Bridget, the coordinator we worked with, was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond and gave us great advice about our wedding day timeline, how to decorate the space, what other vendors to work with—everything!Also, the food was delicious! We heard so many compliments from our guests. We did a buffet and loved being able to customize our menu.I would without a doubt recommend the Harro East Ballroom to anyone getting married in the Rochester area!”
“I've been going to the Cinema since I was a kid. I remember seeing ET with my mother there when it first came out!
It has to be very difficult to compete with large corporations so I love that they're doing something different here. I like the idea that they have a full drink and food menu. I didn't like that we had to order/pay all through an app. We went with 9 people and the price to see Mario was very reasonable! I can't say the same for the price for the popcorn and drinks though.
I would certainly recommend changing the office chairs for something better.
Overall I recommend going. Support small businesses and keep them alive!”

“RIT Tait Preserve was the wedding venue of our dreams. The property is absolutely gorgeous and needs very minimal dressing up which made the decoration process simple. We hosted about 65-70 people at our wedding and it was perfect! We were able to set up the whole venue for the both the ceremony and reception in advance and it left very little to be done the day of except for get ready. The event manager, Maggie, was a pleasure to work with and I’m grateful for her flexibility, creativity and attention to detail throughout every stage of the planning process and execution. The level of service for this event, including from the student staff, made this night everything we could have hoped for.”
“My daugther has been taking classes at dynamic for just about a year. She absolutely loves dynamic. The staff are kind, helpful and ensure the girls are having fun while learning new skills. Everyone at the gym has been so welcoming. The gym has a wonderful positive and supportive family atmosphere. This program has increased my daugthers self confidence.”

“Altitude Trampoline park has many stuff you can do. There is one thing where you jump high and you don't get hit by a spinning thing. Massage area for adults to relax, trampolines are amazing, bouncy. Safety first so you need to wear altitude socks in order to get in.”

“Came here with my mom and sister to see Mandalorian and Grogu! Movie was great! Me and my family have come to Movies 10 for multiple years now and we love it here! It’s been a while since I have been here last and it has changed since! They have upgraded to new recliner seats and have more options for food at the concession stand! Popcorn is always hot and fresh! I love Movies 10! I do recommend bringing a hoodie or a blanket because the AC is always on at full blast! Other than that I love this movie theater!”
