My youngest is obsessed with hotels and indoor pools so part of her 10th birthday was a mommy and me weekend here, complete with dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and cafe.Staff was kind and went out of their way to make my daughter feel special once they learned it was her birthday. (She told the server and she told everyone) which delighted her and she's bragged about it ever since. The room was spotless, the pool and hot tub were clean and she had the time of her life.We both enjoyed the food as the restaurant and the cafe for breakfast.

The staff was amazing. From maintenance, service and housekeeping to the front desk, every employee encountered went out of their way at all times to be polite, helpful and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. They even provided calming essential oil spray to spritz the pillow. Breakfast was top notch!

Terrible experience. I made my travel arrangements on Expedia and the front desk clerk charged me an extra $50.00 for each night - $150.00 for my three nights. To add insult to injury, I was told I couldn't have the complimentary breakfast as I didn't pay the standard room rate! The shower curtains are too narrow and the bathroom door gets sprayed - the bottom is rotting. I ran out of kleenex, but I was afraid to ask for a box. I was worried about how much it would cost me! I left the hotel maid a decent tip - certainly not her fault. I'll never go back to a Marriott Hotel. No incentive to go back.

This was once a nice hotel with good amenities. I don't know what has happened over the past few years, but our room is trashed. Clean, but trashed. The boxes around the bed frames are broken and leaning. Everything in the room is chipped and worn. There are no shelves in the fridge. The tub doesn't drain right. The lamps are all crooked and loose.Nothing that would affect my stay, but enough that I wouldn't necessarily recommend this place either.

I’ve stayed at this local hotel over the past few years for several reasons but the most recent was that my son wanted to go swimming for his birthday in December. The only way to do that is to rent a hotel room with a pool. The pool is always clean and warm, same can be said for the hot tub. The lobby is very well kept and looks amazing for the holidays.Hotel staff was friendly, bartenders were friendly. Enjoyed my stay and will stay again.Only thing I could suggest would be to fix the bed baseboards so they stay on the beds. Can be sharp corners for the little ones if not paying attention or careful.

The shower curtains are awful you can't keep them closed tight enough to keep the floor from getting wet the soap the soap sucks they give you bars soap but if you don't have no shampoo you got to use community shampoo like like in prison you can drop the soap but don't forget the shampoo and body wash oh yeah if you ever been to any Holiday inn or motel 6 bring a fan with you it's either heat or cold and no air moving oh another thing if you didn't book your company and you don't have the company credit card on it's going to cost you $100 to 50 to stay there for incidentals cuz they already assumed that you're a crook and they already have the company credit card on file for incidentals but they want your money asoRooms: Do not forget your hotel does not have no chargers in the room no USB port hell the motel 6 has themFood & drinks: Don't order no pizza from the dominos that will deliver to this hotel cuz it sucks it out of the 10 it gets a negative 1000

Super friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. Updated decor. A few machines in the fitness room were out of order which was a bummer. We will definitely stay here again.Food & drinks: Wonderful breakfast at a reasonable price.

For a Marriott hotel, this facility is terrible when it comes to the quality of the rooms. It's very outdated and run down. My first room was so bad I had them move me to a different room. That ended up not being much different. The rooms had a terrible cologne scent. They are also very dark. The floor molding and bathroom door scratched up and paint peeling from water moisture. The beds were the worse. In both rooms, the bed base boards were completely broken and just leaning against the side of the bed. I accidentally knocked bed baseboards over many times trying to get in and out of bed. The water in the shower/tub would not drain fast enough, so you are standing in a puddle of water constantly (gross). The elevators are beat up, dirty and rusting in the doors. Needless to say, this particular location actually hurts the Marriott brand name due to the terrible quality of the rooms. I would never go back to this facility again.I will say that the service is pretty good. Staff are responsive and attentive, even though there isn't much they can do with the terrible quality of the rooms. They do have a nice bar/restaurant that is open until 2 AM in the morning. That I really appreciated because I really didn't want to be in the room at all given how gross they are.Rooms: Rooms are terrible. They smell, are dark, and need serious upgrades. The beds are the worse. The leaning bed baseboards are a hazard because when the fall over they present many sharp metal corners that can cause cuts, especially at night when you can't see in the dark.
