The Rochester Airport Marriott is a good hotel right by the airport with a superb and accessible location close to everything. Reviews highlight super great service, with friendly and attentive front desk staff across all shifts, amazing cleaning staff, and very nice bartenders. The rooms are clean and the maintenance staff works hard, though the property is getting a little older and is past needing refurbished. Some guests noted slow, old elevators and occasional maintenance issues. While there were isolated reports of poor customer service, other experiences describe management going above and beyond to resolve concerns. The hotel receives high marks for service and cleanliness, with a tasty restaurant and decently priced drinks.
Room stayed in the low 60 even though I had the heat set to 72. Bathroom door had obvious signs of damage. Toilet seat was loose.

Stayed this weekend for a wedding. Room was clean, staff very friendly. This is probably one of the best experiences I have had in Rochester. The restaurant staff was fantastic, Brittany was very friendly and everyone did a great job. I am looking forward to staying here again for future trips!
