Fine for printing services. Don't come here for your passport photo, instead go to the FedEx down the road. The photo I received was poorly lit, bad quality, and more expensive than FedEx. They also stated they offered services such as passport renewal and digital photos online, but did not actually offer any of these options in the store. I regret wasting my money on a photo from here.

We came here for our TSA precheck interviews, and it was very easy. My husband and I scheduled back to back interviews, so we went together. There were people there ahead of us who must have been the appointment before us. It probably takes like 15 minutes. It's more getting your info than an interview. I'd definitely recommend doing it here. Plenty of parking, too.

I went into Staples after ordering a custom digital print off Etsy needing assistance with resizing and printing the images. I was met by the nicest most patient staff member ever! Robbie was more then helpful and knew exactly what to do to get us the perfect print. While she was helping us a man came in who was having a bad day, he was rude and demanding. Robbie handled him in the most caring and respectful manner and provided him with the highest customer service possible. Employees like Robbie will make me keep coming back here!

Went to Staples in Henrietta today for a family project. It was a large project and we were having some trouble. The manager Tim patiently helped us through it. I can't say enough about him. I highly recommend this store and manager. ( Oh, and he's pretty cute too)

I was having trouble at the self serve printers. It wasn’t grabbing the file correctly to print from the email. Dami came over and helped. She took me over the the express ship after having the same trouble I was experiencing. She took my file from the stores email and was able to print for me with no extra charge. Great customer service! Thank you Dami!

I bought an ink cartridge online and got the wrong one. I saw online that opened ink cartridges aren’t eligible for a refund. Site didn’t say anything about store credit. I chatted with the a rep on the website who said I could exchange it for the right ink cartridge. I figured I’d go and do it in-store. The staff member just said “we can’t do returns.” That’s it. I asked for the manager. She just went back for a minute then came back saying the manager said the same thing that they can’t do exchanges. I explained to staff that it said on the Staples website that opened ink cartridges aren’t eligible for refund but asked if I could get store credit instead. But still they wouldn’t take it back. I called and chatted online with reps gave me instructions on how to return the cartridge without issues. It’s sad and frustrating that not even the manager seems aware of this and didn’t even suggest another way to exchange the cartridge. Lazy. I won’t be buying anything from here again.
