Staples in Rochester provides printing, shipping, technology, and recycling services for small businesses, remote workers, and students. The store is mostly clean and staff are generally friendly. However, organization is not super clear, leading customers to wander, and the online inventory is often wrong, resulting in trips where items are not in stock. There are also issues with torn packaging on shelves. The print shop receives particular praise for amazing and wonderful customer service, with a specific staff member noted for being the nicest, most patient, and helpful. This employee handles issues quickly and politely, goes above and beyond, and manages difficult situations in a caring and respectful manner, providing the highest customer service possible. This level of service encourages customers to return. Additionally, the location is recommended for TSA Precheck interviews, described as very easy with a process taking about 15 minutes and offering plenty of parking.
I was helped out by an associate named Josh and from beginning to end he was so helpful and I am very grateful for that. He deserves his credit for a job well done and also had a great attitude to go with it. Had to add a couple associates Josh and nate lately everytime I go in are so helpful. And polite.

The last two times I’ve gone here, customer service has been ELITE! Not common nowadays to get good customer service anymore but the two people who helped me in the passport dept both times were amazing!!

I've ordered quite a few posters and documents to be printed at the Henrietta Staples in the past few months and I'm always SO happy with the quality of the items! I've had a few of the pieces laminated and they look incredible, highly recommend! Alex in the printing department is really friendly and helpful :)
