I have a benefits card to use for utilities bills and found out they don't accept this. Isn't propane for heat a utilities?

I just spoke with Erin Wetz and she was amazing in helping me with Issues i was having with my propane tank. She was patient, kind, and caring. I recommend her for a raise, promotion, and time off.

They tell you don't call until you are at 40 percent we'll when you do call nobody answers I waited over a hour are they really that busy . I liked it better when my other company was delivering at lest I could get someone on the phone
