“I noticed this company has been getting pretty well hammered with bad reviews so I felt necessary to share my experience and say that they have not been all that bad with me.
I resumed service on a new house, they came and checked lines, one line had a leak, The service man on hand repaired it (thank you). They came back again and swapped old tanks with new and automatically scheduled a fill service for them.
I have spoken on the phone with their customer service reps a few times now and each time they have been very pleasant and easy to talk to. The wait time is usually a few minutes to connect with someone but that is really not an issue.
If something changes I will revise my review but they have done a nice job overall for me. Dont be scared of the reviews altogether like i was when i first saw them!”

“The staff at the Dunkirk/Fredonia store were SIPER!!
The young man and the checkout staff really tried to help me find the special puppy food we need for our new 9 week old ShihTzu.
They even found another Tractor Supply that had it in stock! This is the great customer service !!!
