Their brokerage account is the most unfriendly account I have ever seen. The only reason I keep it is, I can only remove it over a 7 year span my matched money from URMC. 6 more years and Im OUT! 1.1 STARS is about right for this company.

Don't bother calling the local phone number. You will be transferred to the toll free main number. Good luck if you need to call on behalf of an incapacitated family member.
