3 times the 26 foot trucks were terrible to drive over 45 and nearly impossible over 60. Cargo van was very nice to drive, handle, load. Has plenty of anchors to strap things down and a nice padded floor.

Rob and the ladies in that office (Ajax)is Awesome Sauce!!! They check up on you, correct any errors asap (if there is one). I had a small one and they not only handled it but I made out better overall! Thank you so much for All of your help & making this move easy! They treat you like family! You’re a wonderful staff! I put 25 dollars of gas into the truck before I drove it back. I received it just below 1/4 tank and I returned it just below 1/4 tank and I WAS STILL CHARGED A REFUEL FEE!!

As far as the facility it was a decent place,able to reserve a truck online, however someone that did a reservation after me for the same vehicle,was able to bump up their pick up time and I was given a different truck,not sure how that was allowed.

They messed up and were supposed to call me to cancel my order because they didn't have the truck to go one way, so I had to drive it an hour back to them, and they wouldn't reimburse me for gas or tolls to drive it back for them.
