I put 25 dollars of gas into the truck before I drove it back. I received it just below 1/4 tank and I returned it just below 1/4 tank and I WAS STILL CHARGED A REFUEL FEE!!

As far as the facility it was a decent place,able to reserve a truck online, however someone that did a reservation after me for the same vehicle,was able to bump up their pick up time and I was given a different truck,not sure how that was allowed.

They messed up and were supposed to call me to cancel my order because they didn't have the truck to go one way, so I had to drive it an hour back to them, and they wouldn't reimburse me for gas or tolls to drive it back for them.

Nancy was so thorough, personable, & an absolute delight to deal with. I didn't even have any questions to ask because she covered them very simply & quickly. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Highly reccomend this location.
