Very poor customer service I was told multiple times that my furniture would be delivered on Saturday and was even in communication with the store about my delivery and was told it was en route and to wait for the driver to call only to not get it delivered and no one contacted me to the point the store closed at 6pm waited 5 hrs for no delivery and response time

This is my second time working with unclaimed freight and they knocked it out of the park again. This family owned business is truly a hidden gem in Rochester, NY. Even with the rise of inflation they managed to still give an amazing deal on a bed set and new couch NEW not used. The store is SOOO clean! They not only have a wide selection in store but a kiosk with extra options. I did not use the financing option this time around, but my first time I did and it was smooth and easy to pay off unlike other places. They work with you and your needs in a professional manner but also remain personable enough. The delivery men were outstanding as well, super sweet and highly professional! They came right in and got to unloading with ease. We live 30 minutes away from this location and they had no issue with delivery. Please give this place your business, they truly are an amazing company. ❤️

We ordered a bedroom set and it was supposed to be delivered on 9/21/22. The delivery drivers were awful and couldn't get the footboard up the stairs. They were given permission by my husband to take the item out the box but refused. The drivers took the furniture back. The "manager" Mark wasn't helpful at all.We went to the store after the delivery guys took all the furniture back and they instructed us to get a smaller bed.Mark took off as we were arriving and sent us inside to talk to John. John was very helpful and apologetic. He made attempts to make a resolution and made the delivery for 9/22/22 after 5pm to accommodate our work schedule.Fast forward to 9/22/22 @ 5:30p.m. There was no delivery. I called the store and spoke to the delivery driver PJ. He shared there was no delivery scheduled for today and the earliest time a delivery could be made was 9/26/22. I told him how unacceptable and unprofessional this was and he only offered an apology and stated he was only a "regular worker." This is horrible business. We were told the owner would call us back but found out later he was in the 1000 islands and unable to assist at this time due to being on vacation. Just poor service and I wish I could give less than 1 star.

We found something somewhere else, but the owner is so kind and accommodating. They had a surprising variety and quality as well! He was willing to put a tag on a couch we were considering, chatted with us and was willing to work with our schedule and price ranges.

Omg this place is the best . The guy that helped me understood that my card kept saying declined but he kept working with me. Come to find out I only had a lock on my card because it was a big purchase but I am so satisfied with my living room set delivery fast. The people are so nice, he helped me put together the perfect living room set for my entertainment needs at home, and the establishment is very clean. Thank you so much I will be back again very soon
