I am a frequent customer of this UPS Store. Every time I’m in there I’ve had a great experience. All of the employees are super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.

The gentleman Ben that assisted me with everything was absolutely wonderful! He walked me thru my entire Amazon return and even came out and took the big, bulky item in for me. I was incredibly impressed and it was a great experience🙂

I had a ton of special movie props, and it was important for them to be carefully packed into a single and customized box for customs, and each prop required its own form of protection.
Angel spent 2.5 hours customizing a massive box for me and including foam walls and bubble wraps for each prop, along with tapes and other forms of protection, and he packed all the props into this single box for me, and provided me with the great advice of attaching my customs letter (for customs to read) on the box, rather than in the box (so they wouldn't have to open the box and have everything falling apart).
He did all this with a very positive attitude. I demand that you promote him to CEO of all UPS stores, right this second.

I had a large fragile item to ship, and the staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the process of shipping an item like that. My package made it safely where it was supposed to go, on time, and I am extremely satisfied with my result despite great anxiety going in. Would recommend.

The two gentlemen working the front desk Sunday, 8/10/25 were helpful, professional and moved at a fast pace. Took me 4 minutes in and out to print off 20 flyers. Highly recommend.
