Employee was extremely rude today. Used the Amazon station for a return. Asked where I should place a box that was too large for the slot provided. Called me “dear” and pointed to a bin that wasn’t labeled. Not sure if Amazon or UPS would label the bin. She then said, “you’re welcome” in a very rude/sarcastic tone which wasn’t appreciated.

***update- Angel the manager called & was equally appalled. Asked for all the info so the package could be delivered correctly ASAP and will speak with all employees involved.Rude employees. Package was delivered to a wrong address due to an employee at the store not covering up an old label. When I called the guy working told me they can’t do anything until their manager comes in during the week because they need to look into what happened & who did it. I said that I’m looking at a picture of a box with 2 labels on it so what happened is clear and who didn’t isn’t my concern. I needed them to have ups do a pickup & deliver to correct location. He told me that the soonest anybody would respond was Monday and “due to litigation” store employees can’t do anything, whatever that’s supposed to mean. When I said that was unacceptable and I would call corporate or another store for help he told me to “do what I need to do” and hung up on me

I recently had a very positive experience at the UPS store in Henrietta, NY. The store was crowded but the employees maintained a nice sense of humor and efficiently took care of the customers. The customer service representative wrapped my merchandise and it arrived in great shape on the day that was scheduled. I will certainly make the drive there if I need UPS service again.

Young woman asked if I had AARP card and told her I did. Got discount. Item had to be wrapped and was told best way to ship it. Received in perfect condition. Thank you UPS.

When I entered the UPS store, George was actively busy cleaning up the customer counter and changing out the customer garbage bin. I approached him with a quick question and he immediately, and without hesitation, answered it. A few minutes later, I requested some help from another customer service representative but was declined. When I saw that George was available, I asked him for assistance and he immediately helped and fully resolved my packaging/shipment concerns. George went above and beyond and demonstrated truly excellent customer service!

The people that work at this location are the BEST! They are always so polite. Patient and helpful. My last visit "George" helped me. Great guy! So friendly and nice. You have a GREAT STAFF at the Hylan location in Rochester NY.
