    I have used the U of R Medicine Lab in Gates NY for years. I have always found the staff there to be very professional, polite and prompt with there services.

    Very fast, no long wait. Staff is nice and friendly.

    Very good experience. The blood draw was painless. Staff are friendly. If you don't want to sit in the waiting room you can scan the QR code at the door to sign in and then wait in your car for your name to pop up.
