I had a very polite, patient, and friendly worker who was the secretary and the blood work person. She was very nice and easy to converse with as she took the blood samples. Just remember to take your cell phone, for the new, quick way to scan your information.

High wait times, hours where wrong. Bad service. Urmc needs to tighten up and run more professional. All wait times are high and lots of other labs are closed.
