I'm so sick of my packages getting stolen from your workers! It's been almost a month and still no tracking updates! Ridiculous that our items can be stolen whenever they feel like taking our stuff and just stop the tracking!

Ooof, rude employee, dyed blonde hair with black roots, tons of jewelry, nose ring with filthy USPS uniform, how about being nice? And wash your shirt or better yet replace it. You do represent the United States Post Office! Counting you’re cash drawer at 4pm-making customers wait , no smile and says, “come on up” with zero personality and rudely. And what really ticked me off, you know right before you get a receipt the promp has a “how did we do” question and then there’s 3 emojis? One frown for bad, one for ok and one with a smile face? Well she took it upon herself to hit the smile face herself!! lol guess she’s arrogant too. Maybe having a bad day? I don’t know-and don’t care with attitude,, you’re in customer service representing the USPS, and how about letting YOUR customers judging your service?? Hopefully someone doing their job catches this and asks her to be mindful of her behavior…. I’ll avoid this location for now. BTW, I did notice the people who came in after me getting a proper greeting.. maybe I’m just the wrong flavor for her…

A certified mail was sent a week ago and until now no data on tracking, I am not sure if it is because it was sent from this branch. Same town, only 7 miles away takes more than 7 days and not arrived yet.

The guy that wears his mask is rude and a smart ass. The other lady is also rude and speaks to everyone in a mean tone. They love making people feel like dumbasses. Like just take my package and ship it , if you hate your job just quit. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolute garbage customer service.

Beyond rude, I came at 5:45 trying to get there in time after work and one of the older men that work there daily was so rude and short with me, as he was helping another lady he saw me coming in and yelled that they were closed. I have the utmost respect for any type of workers at any time so this interaction was so uncalled for. This is not a job were I am asking you to make me a meal 10 minutes before close, I simply had one letter that I had to get stamped so I could send out yet I was met with such a nasty attitude. Incredibly disappointing. I’ll be utilizing stamps.com from now on.

Terrible experience twice already!
My fiance and I run a business and we were dropping off packages. We tried showing up way before they closed but having a two year old who is sick at the moment can be a little hassle and hard with time but we always make it manageable and reassure them as we please. The guy who runs the packages in the back who have been there for along time who’s name starts with a T, literally made eye contact with us 12 minutes before they closed as well and they close at 6pm. He shut the gate to the front desk as we walked and looked right at us. and we were standing there waiting to see if he would come out. This is very rude and disrespectful to the customer as well! I think as a union job we would get better Customer service treated to my fiance and I and other customers. I highly suggest other people to locate to a diffrent post office if you want better service

Horrible service woman at Howard Road. Completely rude, uncalled for remarks, attitude. Should be fired for how she treated an older woman so condescendingly. Made the old lady feel like she was stupid. I could have spit it made me so mad.
