Absolutely no customer service, I called 7 times in a row and no one ever answered was redirected to usps website every time. I was once redirected to a usps customer service member not with this location and all they told me was to contact westgate...Who refuses to answer the phone.

my friend warned me about the rude staff. she avoids this place because of it. when i went reluctantly, the lady working was giving everyone a hard time. when she had to step to the back for a moment, everyone in line was talking about how rude she was. i hope shes okay
