Save yourself the money and sanity and never purchase from this dealership. I’ve never written a negative review in my life and I’m happy to write this to hopefully save someone from the experience I went through with Valley. I spent $100k on a brand new Cadillac Escalade. Within 2 days of having this new vehicle, the check engine light came on. They took it back and returned it to me and again, days later, check engine light is back on again. You can’t get anyone on the phone and no one from Valley has offered any help or insight. They want me to return the vehicle for them for service which I will not do. They will not take the vehicle back as a return although it is faulty. They have downplayed the situation and dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I don’t wish this upon anyone. I am now stuck with a very expensive non working vehicle and apparently I am on my own. PLEASE look elsewhere before subjecting yourself to be treated like garbage by a staff that is rude, condescending and unprofessional.

I had Xavier as a salesperson. He is the absolute best. I am dealing with a family member on hospice so to leave and go make a deal was almost impossible. He communicated with us via phone, internet and even delivered the vehicle to me. We did our paperwork on the delivery too. I am a happy camper. He has even checked on us to see that everything is good and also to give his well wishes and prayers for my family. If you ever visit valley, ask for Xavier

I worked with Xavier on a new Cadillac Escalade. He is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job showing me and explaining the vehicle. It is evident he has a high level of character and I strongly recommend him for your next automobile purchase.

I was very impressed by salesman Sidiel who called me back when he said he would and made sure my experience of buying a used car was a great experience. The finance manager was also friendly, informative, and tried to get me the best finance rate. I was treated with respect and it was never high pressure. I would definitely buy another vehicle through this dealership.

John and the team at Valley Cadillac were incredibly helpful for my most recent repair job. After being in my accident I was sure that my car was beyond repair, but when I got my Nissan Altima back from them it looked as new as the day I bought it. They did the work quickly and accurately and my car has never looked better. Thank you again to john and his team, hopefully i won’t need your services again, but if I do I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I had a great experience with a recent first-time purchase from Valley Cadillac. My initial inquiry was followed up quickly by Sales/Product Expert Alecia Baciulis. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in our search in finding exactly what we were looking for, without any of the pressure that tends to be a turnoff. I'm very impressed and delighted with the entire stress-free process. She and Valley are highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Valley Cadillac recently when I purchased my new XT4. The staff was friendly and nice. Dave showed me all the options my car offers (he definitely knows his Cadillacs inside and out). I will definitely be going back to purchase future cars. Thank you again Valley Cadillac for making my experience memorable.

Car shopping can be time consuming and overwhelming but Kaya was really easy to work with. She was patient, transparent, efficient to communicate with, and respectful of my wishes in getting me exactly what I wanted. Definitely went above and beyond and knows her stuff. Hands down would work with her again. And of course I love my car! ☺️ Thank you Kaya!

I have had nothing but issues since buying my car through Valley Cadillac. I should have known at the sale that the service would be atrocious, but Valley has essentially waited out the bumper to bumper warranty through malice or just sheer incompetence. There have been many service related issues(heated seats not working which I fixed by replacing the battery after I was told it was working as intended, key fabs not working soon after pick-up and was told I could purchase a new fab battery through Valley, promises made during the sale that ended up being lies about car features, always being made to feel as if they are doing you a favor to honor the warranty). I have made multiple customer service requests with little assistance from Cadillac. However, issue I will not let go of is that I brought in my car for service in March 2022, well within the 4 year bumper to bumper to warranty, for issues with driving (bad vibrations, wheels locking when starting from stop, turning). After having the car for 3 days, the issue was dismissed as having an uneven wear to the tires, which I purchased in October 2021 and a small bend in the rim. On hearing this I did not believe that it was true and I took it to another repair shop where they informed me of worn pads and calipers that were so gummed up they needed special equipment to release them. Calipers were covered and Valley did not replace or address them at the time, now the coverage is ended. I have no faith that Valley will make good on partial or full reimbursement for the cost to replace the calipers, they have done absolutely nothing right in the past and that is my mistake to trust that an established dealer who has figured out how to avoid their obligations to cover parts under warranty, by saying that everything is working as intended and waiting for the warranty to run out. They are awful and nothing has changed in the 4+ years since purchasing my vehicle. If I could do it over I would stay away from Valley.I find Valley's response to be lacking, which is not surprising, as their service and sales departments are also lacking. Instead of working with me to address my concerns, they rather double down on their shady practices. I have scheduled repairs with another GM dealer and hope to have better luck there, as they are willing to work with me. Valley Cadillac is a true disappointment.

Service writes are terrible and need to learn how to deal with customers. High end dealership with low end service. I got rid of both my Cadillac about 10 years ago because the service was bad. Thought I would give them another go. New Cadillac a few months ago, Sales was great, Service Techs are great (the guys actually working on the car) but the guys ate the service desk and the actual service you get there SUCKS! Might be trading in our new Cadillac for a BMW or Mercedes soon to get better service.

Xavier made my transaction flawless and simple. I was an out of state buyer and he made my whole experience extremely easy. From the initial inquiring phone call to me leaving the car lot. No haggling, but purely up front and thoughtful for my needs. I even got picked up from the airport!I recommend Valley Cadillac. Though I didn't get a chance to chat with any other salesman, I highly recommend Xavier. He will go over and beyond to make any transaction as smooth as possible! He isn't just a salesman at Valley Cadillac, I definitely have a new friend in New York!!

This review is mainly for the service dept. who has been nothing but problematic from the beginning. DO NOT purchase an off brand car from this dealership. It has been nothing but a nightmare and they do not care about wasting peoples time. - Less than a week into having the car I realized my navigation was not working. It had me in a different city which I didn't realize when test driving . I contact Valley and was told to go thru the warranty company because it is covered. Took it in to the service dept to be fixed. Initially they believed the software needed to be updated but after having my vehicle all day, informed me that they could not fix it and it had to be sent to an actual Jeep dealer. When I went to pick it up from the Jeep dealer and was told that there was a $100 deductible. I was annoyed but paid it since they were 3rd party. At that time I reached out to the service department to see what they could do to compensate me and was told they would check with the sales manager to see if he would do something, he/they refused. - 1 year later same issue. Since the warranty states it has to begin with the purchase place, I take it back.. they make me wait KNOWING that they cannot resolve the issue and it will need to go to Jeep. After an hour they come out, yes, we need to send it to the Jeep dealership. There were other issues with extremely long wait times since then but today sent me over the edge. - Car needed inspection, went to Dunn who told me that the light over my plate needed to be replaced since it was out it would not pass inspection. I was told this in the past however no one ever had it in stock so it was never replaces and I didn't realize it was a reason to fail. Dunn did not have it in stock which is the ONLY reason I took it to Valley for the inspection. When I made the appt (Tues 8/1) I told the young lady this and asked her to have someone call me so that I can make this clear to them. Never received a call. Received a reminder text in Friday 8/4 to which I responded and asked them to make sure that they knew about the light to which they responded, I will make the the service advisors aware.. I get there today 8/7 and was told it would be an hour. After an hour the advisor (Tyler) comes out and says it won't pass because I need front tires. Dunn TIRE told me that the tires will need to be replaced soon but it would pass. Advisor tells me they will not pass. I ask about the light and he said 30 min to replace the light. 30 min later he comes back to tell me that they sent him the wrong light. So an hour and a half and the $21 for the failed inspection. This place is horrible and I wish I could give zero stars.
