“Let me start by saying that this shop is the most organized and clean shop around town. as soon as you step foot in the door you are acknowledged by the staff.The staff itself at this location exceeds any other smoke shop i have been to in Rochester and I do appreciate the fact that the owners keep a solid core group of guys in the store, helps customers feel welcomed when we start to form friendships with the employees.Overall, the reason why i come back to this spot all the time is simply because the staff goes above and beyond. i usually see the same 3 guys almost every time i go in and you honestly cant go wrong with any of them! All down to earth, funny, knowledgeable guys! They do not pressure you into buying things you don't want, instead they work with you, and ask questions to make sure you are happy with what you got before you leave the store.if i had one piece of advice, the three guys (sorry i don't know names) at all cost keep them together! All of the personalities mesh perfect together and it makes shopping as a customer soooo much more enjoyable!1000/10!”

I went in to get a disposable nicotine vape and my only problem is they don't have them displayed, they stand in a back room and read off a hidden wall what flavors they have to you, I prefer seeing the boxes and reading when I make my choice and all of them in a backroom isn't ideal”

“Love this place! They are very friendly and always so helpful. I bring my dog Charlie with me and they are so welcoming and nice to him. Makes me so happy to spend my money there and support them. I drive out pretty far about 25 minutes to see them and have several smoke shops close to me but nothing compares to their service. We always feel so welcomed going in and they even give treats to Charlie. I couldn’t make it out for a few months and recently came back -Sam and Alex remembered my dogs name as soon as we walked in and came right over to us to say hi! Can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks for the awesome service guys. Def recommend checking this shop out- they have a ton of stock at all times and lots to choose from ?”

“Went there today to buy Falcon 2 coils. Haven't used my vape & mod in a while and wanted to get back into that. I called, they had them & I got them. The guy there couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. If you go ANYWHERE else, you're making a mistake. I won't be making that mistake again. They in turn cancelled my card obviously. I won’t get a new one for five to seven days. Remember that!”
