“This is one of the few Rochester staples that actually still has really good customer service and they’re very knowledgeable and willing to help you buy whatever you want in that store. They have a huge array of pretty incredible products to be straight up frankly, I don’t know where they source their glass blowers from, but they are of the finest quality! legitimately some pieces in there are museum quality and can definitely be compared to modern day folk art!!!! Huge array stuff!!! little tiny pieces that you could possibly need for your apparatus they have it there !!!! and the owners are both very nice and they do a good business. I’ve been going here for years and I will continue to do so thank you guys for being so awesome.”

“To be honest this review is more for this piece of glass than the shop. I bought this on a whim in a rush after shattering mine. In under 24 hours I practically slammed my 32oz owala onto it. No break. I also just dropped it on the floor and albeit I'm not very tall, still no break. I will definitely come back IF this thing ever proves itself to not in fact be indestructible. I went to this shop after trying to go to another recommended shop that was closed for seemingly no reason. Shop was fully staffed and friendly, also helpful without making me feel stupid (I haven't bought any glass in years - I started looking at dab rig stuff). I don't vape so I can't speak to that aspect of the shop, but I appreciated that even though I was just there for a couple cheap bowls they didn't ignore me or pressure me to look at anything else.”
