“I am so glad that Cats & Critters is our vet. Last year one of my senior cats had broncho-pneumonia and it was scary to see my sweet girl be so lethargic and unable to really move. We brought her to Cats & Critters for a triage and had a great experience for the situation we were in. Our vet even called another one of the doctors who answered and helped even though she was off that day and eating breakfast. With the medicine and care we received from Cats & Critters my cat made a full recovery. You can tell that the vets and staff at the office really care about your pets from the way they speak to them and treat them. We’ve taken our cats to them for five years and have only had wonderful experiences, from annual check ups, to having teeth pulled, to the more serious pneumonia issue. They have been accurate with treatment plans, diagnosis, and really kind and gentle hands. Personally, I do not love that the Thrive network came into Rochester, but it's certainly not the fault of these providers.”

“I’ve been bringing my pets to this practice for over a decade. Dr. Buck is an extremely compassionate, knowledgeable vet who has always been able to give me great advice and treatment options for my pets with very thorough explanations. I’ve personally witnessed her go above and beyond not just for my own animals but for other animals in her care. The veterinary profession is a very difficult one, and I am so thankful Dr. Buck has dedicated her career to helping animals even when their owners might verbally abuse her, complain about the price, or neglect preventative care. It’s an often thankless job with insane overhead and patients who cannot talk. Do not skip preventative care or well visits, listen to the advice given, realize the prices are fair for the market and consider pet insurance for your pet.”
