“They are wonderful! My cat, Dexter, passed away at home on July 4th. So many places were closed, with the exception of Banfield. Although I couldn't get my cat there by closing time, they had me come in first thing on the 5th for cremation services. Sara was so kind, as well as the receptionist (whose name I did not get). I got to spend time saying good bye, and they discounted the service fee. Also, on the 4th when I called, they instructed me on ways to keep my Dexter's body in a cooler overnight. THEY ARE WONDERFUL, I will say it again.”
