I was so pleasantly surprised by the service I got from Cory. I had a small fender bender. I was a bit distraught about it. Cory was not only able to fix the small amount of damage right then and there, he even offered to buff out a bit of previous damage. His willingness to help was not only great for my car, but he gave me renewed faith in humanity because he was so positive and helpful. So refreshing in the day and age. I will be back for sure to West Herr collision. Thank you Cory.

Car sat for four days with no one touching it . I choose West Herr because I leased the car from there . The only thing worse than having a car damaged by a natural disaster is their disastrous customer service . I pulled my car out of their body shop no body shop business and I will seriously consider on my next lease being from somewhere different as well . Thanks for the lack of consideration and care West Herr

If I could give less than 1 star I would! They were recommended by the Mercedes dealership after I hit a dear last October. After having to wait for 1 month to even bring it in, I drove the car there with an initial estimate of just over $4K. After waiting for a MONTH to get information on where the supplemental estimate was at, they 'found' an additional $14K of damage that most of which was either outright false or caused by them! I am now with another shop and getting it repaired. The only thing they were interested in is over charging for storage and 'investigating', while destroying a very good vehicle and leaving me without a vehicle for 3 months longer than it should have, while costing me thousands of dollars in bogus claims. I would not bring ANYTHING here to get looked at and would NOT recommend them. Very sad how they don't believe in a honest work ethic.

This is a tough time to need to get your car repaired but West Herr Collision could not have handled things better. We admittedly had some luck with part availability which certainly helped, but they were incredibly friendly, responsive and communicative, and they did everything they could to expedite ordering/receipt of parts and getting me in for an appointment, and the work was done quickly everything turned out beautifully - my *brand new* volvo feels like new again! While this location is not conveniently located for me, I won't hesitate to bring my car back here should I ever need it repaired again. Thank you West Herr Collision!!!!Services: Painting

After hitting a suicidal moose sized deer, our new Sienna looked like a crumpled piece of aluminum foil and broken glass that reminded me of a mayhem insurance commercial and Rocky Balboa's face at the end of Rocky 1. I know nothing about collision work, but it looks like they did a great job and were pleasant to deal with. Hopefully I'll never need to, but I'd use them again for collision work if I had a need. As a former bodyshop manager I have very high expectations of my repairs. Before recieving a call that my truck was l completed, I went to shop and was able to look it over. I made a punch list of a few minor concerns. I text those concerns to the service writer. Although the shop never told me it was competed, he replied saying he'd take care of it. 2 days later when I was told to pick my truck up I was expecting to give another punch list. But when I looked my truck over it was a great repair. All the parts were properly aligned, the small details were right. And my truck was clean and ready to pull off of lot.
