“Everyone was very nice and courteous and informative. Storage units are clean. The site was safe and secure. And even though units are not climate controlled at the Montgomery ny site the units are surprisingly effective at keeping items from mildew and other issues you get from basements and outdoors. “Hi! My husband and I had gone over to our storage unit at Prime Storage Temple Hill Road located in New Windsor NY. At some point We were having trouble with our lock and they did replace it but we didn’t get the new key! When we got there no one was around.. however, a Prime Storage worker ( Ryan). from another area just happened to be there , Ryan did see our frustration and he did everything he could to make sure we got in to our storage! Ryan made phone calls , He looked for new keys and finally Ryan found the golden key! Thank you Ryan for being there, and for having such a great attitude which made us feel at peace! Ryan was not going to leave until we were able to get in our unit! my husband was very happy that he was able to get his motorcycle out for a big ride tomorrow ( Saturday). Thank you again”

“Locking key storage facility is the greatest had been storing my home furnishings would lock and key for over 20 years I have two storage units and it’s the greatest so if you need a place to store household items or just to unclutter your home lock and key storage is the place to go I wouldn’t trust my belongings anywhere‘s else except for their you have 24 hour access to your storage unit they have cameras for security it’s well lit at night if you have to get into your unit. The owners make sure you have access to your unit in the winter they keep it well plowed it never floods the sheds never leak I would recommend anyone who ever needed to store anything to store it at lock and key the owners treat your belongings like they are they are own. What’s really great is if you let them know what size room you need to store they always know the correct size shed to rent to you. So if you need somewhere‘s to store your belongings I highly recommend Lock & Key Storage the owners are great and the price is right they treat their clients as though they are family???☺️”

“I have been with Safe and Sound for many years. There has never been a problem. Facility has adequate lighting, the owners are super nice. I am only leaving because I am moving 4 hours away. It is convenient, right in the center of town. I highly recommend this storage facility.”

“Try to check in during open hours. I have had problems checking in with the U Haul App on several occasions, possibly because the cell service isn't good there.
the phone call customer service was very helpful but It took me about 45 minutes to get the key because I had an 8am pickup and the employees didnt' start work till 9. One arrived around 8: 25 but wouldn't help me because it was before her start time. Maybe if there was a Wifi network near the lock boxes at this location, that customers could have access to, the mobile check in would work better.”
